SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for entering the abyss. At Iron Abyss, we work hard to forge your gear and ship it to you as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping practices below.

1. PROCESSING & HANDLING TIMES

Because we focus on limited drops and premium custom-designed apparel, processing times may vary:

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for items currently in stock are processed and packaged within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Pre-Orders / Special Drops: If an item is listed as a "Pre-Order" or part of a limited drop, please refer to the specific product description for estimated production and shipping timelines (typically 2 to 4 weeks).

You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has officially shipped.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

We ship anywhere within the United States and some International Countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days after the package leaves our facility.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery is 1 to 3 business days after processing.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts).

Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) and are not guaranteed by Iron Abyss.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We want to bring Iron Abyss to the world. We offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.

  • Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees: When ordering internationally, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your destination country. Iron Abyss is not responsible for these charges. All custom fees, duties, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4 - TRACKING & CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.

  • Carrier Updates: Once a package is handed over to the courier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), the carrier is solely responsible for scanning the package and updating the tracking status. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to populate on the carrier's website.

  • Abyss Note: Iron Abyss does not have access to additional tracking information beyond what is shown on the carrier’s public tracking page.

5. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's network.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ironabyss@protonmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

6. SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

We do ship to P.O. Boxes via standard carrier services (USPS). However, express or expedited shipping options may require a physical residential or business address.

7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Iron Abyss is a small, independent brand, and our liability ends once the package is officially handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Wrong Address: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you enter an incorrect address, contact us immediately at ironabyss@protonmail.com. If the package has already shipped, we cannot change the destination, and you will be responsible for any re-shipping fees if the package is returned to us.

  • Transfer of Risk: Iron Abyss is not legally liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged while in transit or after being marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives structurally damaged or misprinted, please take photos of the packaging and the product and email them to us within 7 days of delivery so we can issue a replacement.

  • Our Commitment: While we are not liable for carrier errors, we value our community. We handle shipping issues on a case-by-case basis. If your package is stuck in the abyss or goes missing, reach out to us at ironabyss@protonmail.com, We are willing to work with you to help file a claim with the courier or find a fair solution, but we cannot guarantee full refunds or free replacements for carrier-related mistakes.
